A full shared calendar is created, but the sync will happen approximately every three hours. Each time an invitation update is sent out by me or the owner of the slot the view will update correctly only in my calendar.

Select the shared calendar you wish to sync with outlook and click ok.

If You Are Both Using Office 365 Accounts In Outlook Client Or Outlook Web App(Owa), And The Appointments Should Sync At Once.

Donโ€™t know if it helps any but from the exchange management portal when i run a message trace with the user setting the meeting and not seeing them in the shared.
